This was my very first sewing project. I really wanted to make something special for my baby's 1st birthday. I love the fluffiness and fullness of pettiskirts!
I relied on these sites to make my skirt: Made by Bronwyn, Make it and Love it, and Sew, Mama, Sew Forum They have great explanations on measuring, cutting and sewing with pictures.
I do not have a ruffler foot on my machine, so I used the trick described on "Make it and love it" blog.

ReplyDeleteSpasibki. :) It looks hard to make, but the hardest thing is to start. The fabric is very forgiving, so my crooked seams are not so obvious. lol
